For all the Vampires that are still getting hit while in mist what do you want a Nightblades Cloak too? NPCs always attacked you in mist and you always took less damage. It's use is to take less damage 75% less not to be immune to single targets. To the point of but you can see what alliance I'm in well guess what Pact NPCs always attack Argonians not in the Pact we all have tails but they somehow just know.
