Can someone make a voice mute or voice mod addon?

My sorc grinding alt has the worst voice in the game when stamina is used. Other players also complain about their character's voice. So nice if someone can make an addon which fixes this. Now that grinding has been nerfed, again, I will even pay 10 000 crowns to change the voice of my v10 sorc, since I will keep him now and not start a new grinding alt.
