Roming bosses....

I hate these, they promote zerging for a start as they require quite a number of people to kill.

Also the fact that if some random idiot your next too decides to hit it the boss will then aggro everyone of your faction in that area and they literally don't stop chasing you, unless your a nb which can cloak the boss will chase you down and kill you.

Only way i figures how to get rid of him is to change zones but with the bosses chasing me i can't change, it's stupid they need to have a aggro range or something because the aggro mechanic behind him literally forces you to do nothing but run away.

Use it to your advantage young grasshopper.

If your problem is zergs and world bosses over aggroing, do this.

    1) Agro large boss and mobs.
    2) Run to nearest enemy Zerg.
    3) Make a hard turn into the last alley before the Zerg.
    4) Run like hell.
    5) Hide and watch the agro'd mobs destroy the unprepared Zerg that just got ran into.
    6) Pick up scraps if you feel so inclined.

The enemies of your enemies are your friends. This totally works if you have rapid maneuvers.

Think that was the main reason for them being there, to serve as zerg-busters as the boss willwill attack anyone in the area even if they haven't aggrod or attacked it. People are either forced to flee or organize to kill it, which works great.

So wait you need to break aggro more than every 45 seconds? Nothing will save you. You might as well give up gaming. Another option would be to LOOK. I see the roaming bosses walking around, know what I do? I walk away from them...

If my pot has a cooldown then i can't get rid of aggro for a while, i'll then run because the boss will 2-3 hit me and i'll aggro other mobs, also other players can easily see you running and get a few hits in or even just cc you and the boss will kill you.

Inv pots work but only when you can use them and the boss only gets agrro when i'm fighting so likely i've used them.

You can 2 man (and probably solo) at least some of these roamers (I haven't fought them all). Me as a tank/healer and any decent dps in the vacinity seem to get the job done.

Note: Please keep in mind that this is a couple weeks after pc launch of IC, I certainly couldn't do it, nor did I expect to able to on day one :p

    You left off:

2.5) Toss caltrops onto Zerg (optional step immediately after tossing caltrops is to hit camo hunter if you have it slotted). This step will allow you to collect AP, XP, and stones from anyone the boss kills and any XP, stones, and loot from any mobs the Zerg kills. Trust me, this is the easiest AP, XP and Stone collecting you can do in the game.

You don't get stones when the npc kills your enemy... Even if you do 99% of the damage, very frustrating

The roaming bosses are actually excellent tools to deal with zergs. Aggro boss, run towards zerg, enjoy the chaos.

He's right i just tested it out on a sewer boos. NOTHING breaks aggro not invisible potions, not cloak 16 times, nothing. That sucker will hunt you down like the T-1000 with no stopping until you're dead.

Sewer bosses work different from district sweeper bosses, from what I have seen. Sweepers have a set route in zone and, will only chase you thru creation until they get too far from where they are supposed to be in that route.. MIND you, if they spawn adds.. those ADDS will chase you down all over the district.
