Eso Plus member can not enter Imperial City.

As the title states I can not enter the city. One day I actually got in after waiting 4 hours. Yesterday said I didn't own the DLC, it came back earlier today, but now it says I am not even an ESO Plus member. Funny thing is they just charged me my renewal around an hour ago.
I have been really patient but the money I have spent on this game is starting to get to me. Just wanted to add another thread to the B.S pile.
