Access Code delay for anyone else?

If you are going to have such an aggressive "access code" system (especially against those of us who play on 2 computers/connections), please make sure your SMTP servers are started and not being blacklisted...

    Yes, I'm having a "delay" too. My daughter's account has been waiting for any email at all since yesterday (to actually be able to download ESO), and I tried logging in on my account this morning (after downloading it last night) and hit a wall. I guess my computer/account pairing needs to be reactivated too. And no email yet...

    I agree, for such an aggressive account system they should have a nearly full-proof email system. Back to waiting, I guess...

    PS: We're both @comcast.net too, so I wonder if that is part of the issue.

    Well, I do receive email from ESO...just not the access code! They notified me a few minutes ago that I just earned my 1-year forum badge. I just wish they had attached my access code to that email! :smiley:

    I emailed support (lol) and had them change to my gmail.. Now i get the codes again. Something is broken with their access code system and comcast.net apparantly.. Not sure who to blame since both companies are basically technically inept, haha.

    I'm not getting my code email either, I'm also a comcast user that used a comcast email address.

    Curious, how long did it take for them to change the email address? Because honestly, if it takes longer then the rest of the weekend, I'm probably just going to go the refund route since I haven't been able to access the game at all, since purchasing it.

    Several hours. I had to email them my secret questions answer, orignal email address of account, then last 4 of my CC, then the new email i wanted. If you dont have a cc, i think game code works too.
