How do you get the Glass Motif?

You have to get a certain amount of malachite I think? I think you need 15 fragments or something like that and then you can do something? Idk I don't remember but something with malachite0 -

✭Glass motif fragments you can get as RNG drops from equipment writs. You need 10 of them and a resin purchaseable from TV mages guild vendor (thanks Rosveen) so that you can combine to get a chapter. There are 14 chapters
