Dual Monitors, nvidia gtx 770 full screen appearing on monitor 1 and half of monitor 2

Since the latest patch (I have changed nothing in terms of hardware or drivers since the patch), when loading the game from the launcher the game appears on monitor 1 in full screen but half of monitor 2 goes black and the mouse cursor appears over there. Moving the mouse around on monitor 2 will highlight things on monitor 1, I can load a character etc by hovering the mouse on the right side of the black area on monitor 2. The mouse is confined to this black area and wont appear on my desktop that still shows behind the black area.

the only fix is to ALT-TAB the game, go back into the game which then puts everything onto monitor 2, go to video option, change to windowed mode, drag window back to monitor 1 and then change video options back to full screen. Not game breaking but its becoming a little irritating to have to go through this ritual every time I load the game.
Worth noting that the launcher moves from the center of monitor 1 to the right side of monitor 1 after clicking play.

is there an options file or something I can edit/check that hold the full screen settings?

Sounds like it's running windowed mode. Have you looked at the usersettings.txt file?

    SET PreferMaximizedWindow "0"
    SET PreferExclusiveFullscreen "0"
    SET FULLSCREEN_v5 "1"
    SET FullscreenHeight "0"
    SET FullscreenWidth "0"
    SET WindowedHeight "768"
    SET WindowedWidth "1024"

That's mine. I run windowed full screen at 1980x1020 and have dual monitors with no issues.
