Power UI not working

I did a quest today, And now my UI powers have gone and i can't use my powers, I relog/Closed game and launched it again, As anyone else had this issue?

Is this related to the patch? It wiped all your skills out, look in skills you should have all your points to spend and need to reassign powers on UI.
