With Spellcrafting there will be a Fire Atronach and a Dremora Lord that work the same way as Sorcerer pets. If Spellcrafting ever does make it into the game, there are sure to be more.

Nooo. Please never implement more annoying combat pets into the game. Full respect to sorcs, but I hate pet builds, and I never want to have my screen cluttered with neon pink mudcrabs that pull aggro or little sparkly daedrats that squeak over and over and over... *shudders*
Sorc Daedric pets dies in combat. Granted we can spawn them again. What happens when other pets die in game? Same feature added to respawn or would we need to buy a new one from the crown store.
Most of those pets available are more viable with a ranger/scout class, like seen in game already. Too me would make more sense having the ability to charm wild creatures to aid in battle.

but then u would have to add the woodelf ability to do that then they would have to remap all the classes
