I have a negative Crown balance -18550

I don't understand what's going on I've reported my crowns being missing with my ESO+ and received an email yesterday saying "we have added in your missing crowns to your account in the amount of 1500 for the month of August You will find these on your next login."

Instead of having around 3-4,000 crowns as I should have I have a negative number and I just don't get it.

I would really appreciate ZOS's help here as that looks like every crown I've ever had has gone negative which is not funny.

Your telling me and although the phone line says they open at 1pm GMT they aren't open yet to try and get this sorted asap as I know from experience the emails don't get a real response for quite some time

I am currently going through email to get crowns back as well that are missing. Are you suggesting that ZOS answers the phone if you call?? I was not even aware they had a number to call.

Lord it's madness and I hadn't worked out the balance but it's not a healthy amount even in £. I use the potions through the crown store as I'm only a lowly vet 3 and it's the best potion for me and now I have 3 I can use and I can't buy any even though I should have about 4,000 crowns. Not a happy bunny this morning.

Deflifted, I've phoned ZOS twice since the game started and they are great even if they have to still send an email on to the right team they do get the job done whereas there are so many items reported via the email system that I never find that to work, calling them gets a resolution even if it takes it's time. Although this is a major backwards step from them if this is what you get when they supposedly resolve the issue.

I am so used to game companies only ever communicating through email, I never even thought they had phones..lol. Well If I have to go back for Septembers Crowns I will try calling.

With a MMO they usually have to have a phone line for you to ring especially if the issue is logging in. If you can't log in you can't place a ticket. Thankfully because it's a person they are usually nice and lovely and do their best to help you. An email is so impersonal at least the first one is that doesn't help you pretty much at all.

Why does it have to be an Orc? Because of the looks? The fangs? The bulging muscles? Why are Orcs always the ones getting judged, when the skinny Altmers are the ones with the Thalmor that abuse the other races? Remember... before you judge... don't!

Apparently I can expect an Orc or Thalmor at my door any day for collection. I need to start making some replacement crowns I think as I don't have the money to buy that many.... I won't be online for a week at this rate whilst I make paper crowns :-P

Yeah, this crown issue is getting out of hand. After several mails back and forth between myself and support, they seem to have finally ignored me after sending in the proof of payment. Replied back again just to ensure they didn't close the ticket and still no response. When console first released they had an issue the first month with coins. Sent in a ticket and they doubled the coins that month with no hassle or proof of payment whatsoever. I don't know what the problem is. I needed those to purchase the dlc even though I am a plus member and been subscribed since pc beta and now on console....I refuse to purchase any more till I receive the ones I paid for already.

How very progressive of ZOS. Traditionally, companies running P2W games try to make players give them money they have, but do not allow them to get into negative numbers. But why? This new scheme is clearly superior, because it allows to collect not only money a player has, but also money a player does not have yet. There is no point in preventing a player from spending more than he has, because by the time he has more money, his attention may be focused on something else. He needs to be milked while he plays whatever he plays now. There is also no risk, because everything he buys is fake stuff that can be created from nothing in arbitrarily large amounts.
A few years from now, every decent P2W game will allow players to become indebted.
