[BUG] Rearming Trap keeps firing more often than intended...

Here is a screenshot of the trap firing more than intended:
Tool Tip:
The trap takes 1.5 seconds to arm and lasts for 1 minute. After being triggered, the trap resets and can be triggered one more time. Trap rearms once after firing.

✭Not necessarily a bug.
The Damage seems too high, yes, but it triggers twice and applies a dot which would result in 3 times the same skill in your death recap.

Kobaal✭✭✭✭✭The trap does more damage to Daedra, Vampires and Warewolves (if you have the passive).

maxlacab16_ESO✭✭✭Yea, the damage is high since I'm a Vamp. In any case, the trap kept making the arming and detonating sound over and over again, at least 6 or 7 times. Next time I run into one, I will take notes

To give very conservative numbers I'd say this happened in...no more than 3 seconds. And the trap ticked extremely fast, like I watched my health chunk down. I actually stepped in it on purpose to test it and could't react fast enough to dodge out again
