Not recieving ESO Plus content anymore. Not like devs care anyway.

Since launch, I've seen people complain that they're not receiving their crowns and I never had that issue until now. I have not received my crowns for the past two months. I spent five hours farming Tel Var stones untill the game disconnects for no reason and proceeds to blame my internet for its error. Then I could not reconnect for long enough that I had to re-queque for PvP. Once I finally got back to the entrance the game said I needed to purchases the DLC. I went to check and I wasn't receiving any ESO Plus benefits but doesn't renew untill next month. I really wanted to play with my friends and had to waist 30$ to re-buy the dlc since I hadn't received my crowns for the past few months. I'm going to cancel my ESO Plus since I'm clearly not receiving the content and I don't really need it anymore anyway. I know this was probably a waist of time to type because I'm sure Zen won't do anything any time soon. Since they apparently would rather make switching campaigns more expensive or fix the glitch with changing your title instead of the real game breaking things that have been around since launch and complained about many times. But it still makes me fell better to wright something and HOPE they will fix it instead of having another broken game I wasted money on. And "broken" is a little far. The game is great but just has some issues that NEED to be fixed and others that can wait.

]No imerial city with eso plus as well, that's false adverted, we've all paid for a product that we were told would be delivered and it was taken away.

I've had plus for 2 months with no fail, and now I can't access the IC or use any of my plus benefits. I'm paid up, this is lame. Full game crash then no plus and you guys are feining crown lag? Get real, you know you have a serious problem, address it!

Tonight, no ESO plus appear on my character tab, and i can't select imperial city in collection tab,.
lots of people talk about this on various forum.
Correct the issue.

Since the dlc, loading screens are longer now then Skyrim's.

They have not proven they care about the majority of other issues raised and this is one of the worse forums I have ever posted on in terms of mod/dev responsiveness. This disaster of a DLC roll out and now the insult to injury of PAID sub being yanked will hit them in the only place they actually do care about - their bank account.

With no indication they are fixing a thing and the ongoing mess between MS and ZOS billing cycles - I simply just cancelled my ESO plus. No interest in giving even 1¢ Anymore to a company that proves they don't care about their customer base and cannot be bothered to respond to structured, detailed and thoughtful inquiries and customer service issues with more than generic canned email replies.

Makes it an easy decision to push the cancel button and go spend my money elsewhere.

My thoughts exactly. I don't see why my money that I spent shouldn't be put to good use. I even try using the in game error complaint and they don't even respond. Maybe they'll think twice when no one is buying.
