Phoenix Set glitch?

I honestly believe they should have made the effect for this set a synergy, when you die you have the 3 seconds to activate if you fail to do so you dont resurrect, considering the cooldown being 10 mins. If you get jumped by 10+ people in pvp you dont waste the cool down, if your the only one alive when you die in a dungeon you dont waste the cool down, there are probably a ton of situations where you probably are going to wish you didnt revive and waste the cooldown for no reason, the game doesnt have a pause function, and it really takes away alot of the usefulness of this set to not have any control over it, this set has alot of potential but it almost is useless because of this, if the healer dies, that can wipe a group.. wearing cloth doesnt make us a great punching bag, in most situations you shouldnt take that much damage but as a healer i also try to help with dps when i can if its not pushing my luck and sometimes i take a few hits, sometimes you cant always dodge everything and bosses hit pretty hard depending on the fight, there this set shines and is amazing to keep the group going, but when you out live the dps and tank by chance this set might as well be useless, if the boss resets why do we have soul gems, if he doesnt guess who he is going after... i didnt get to watch the video above because my phone is a pos but i did want to point out this idea so maybe it will be something to consider, id love this to happen.. but i guess time will tell
