Hello,
Since the last update i keep getting this error, sometimes i can not even log into the game and just stuck on the character load then kick me back to log in information menu, and then after number of tries when i get in when i teleport by wayshrines or to players 1-2 minutes of loading then kick me back to log in menu with this error, I can not even play 15 minutes straight. PLS any suggestions, Thank you.

    Same is happening to me for the last week or so during prime time - evenings. It seems that the game server is not answering to the login request, probably due to network congestion. As far as I am able to understand from the results of the traceroute I performed, the problem is Telia.net in Germany. Surprise!

    I don't know much about any other internet except my own, but have you tried turning off your router? Giving it about a half hour to cool down and so forth, then turn it back on. I know because my router gets hot and the connection rarely gets unstable and disconnects. but doing this fixes it. I also have a really slow connection thus making it get rather warm on downloading, uploading, watching a online video, or even playing an online game. My idea may or may not benefit you at all, but give it a shot sometimes a break for electronic equipment can do wonders on occasion.

    So yet no decision how to fix it? the bad thing is nobody knows why this problem occures.

    Of course NOT. I have EVEN CHANGED MY ISP BRAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    And stills the same. The same eror while trying to change zone or entering a delve.

    Hello everyone my problem was with IP changing every few minutes i tried using VPN and it worked, other reasons could be that the game might be blocked by your ISP or Firewall or Anti-virus try excluding the game from anti-virus and allow it through firewall.

    Oh man...don't tell me these again...I've been doing that since 6 december. My IP is not changing, is the same always.

    VPN? You mean VPN via the router? I see my router have that option, but how does it exactly works?
