Is Imperial City recommended for Veteran Ranks and up?

I'm only level 29 and I'm having a horrible time getting around. Is this recommended for higher ranking players or can anyone grind it?

You are battle levelled so it's the same type of thing as Cyrodiil. If you're worried about running into veteran players try Blackwater Blade as that is only open to level 10-49 players, so there are no vet's there anyways

I haven't tried it on non-vet character yet, but do plan on it, I don't see it being an issue.

I keep getting smashed by NPC mobs as well. Is it not doable as a solo?

It's doable, at least on my vets, but it is not intended to be done solo. Imperial City is geared towards small groups. It can be done solo (I do dailies solo) but it definitely is more difficult and not all the mobs there can be beat down alone.

It is doable solo, but you have to have a strong build and know how to use it well. You also have to pick your fights. It's really easy to accidentally aggro more mobs than you meant to, and the mobs in IC are much tougher than the mobs in most other parts of the game. You need to have some good AoE damage abilities, you need to have some self-heals, and you need to be able to keep mobile. Try not to end up in a fight with more than 3 mobs at a time - especially if one of them is a Cauterizer (I hate those guys).

Oh, and if you see one of the district sweepers coming, avoid it! Do not aggro it! The only time you should ever try to take one of them on is when you're in a big group. I was once in a group of 5 (I think the lowest level was VR9 or so), and we managed to take down a district sweeper, but it was a really really long fight, and each of us died multiple times during the fight.

So it can definitely be done solo, but it's hard. And you have to expect that you'll die sometimes. Especially if enemy players are around.

No, I'm on PC. If I was on PS4 I'd be happy to group up with you though
