Obtaining other factions IC armour

I'm on Xbox one EU and I play in the daggerfall covenant, I personally hate the Daggerfall style light armour. I want to use the Phoenix set but I don't think I could cope with that feathery plant pot on my head, is it possible for me to buy/swap for Aldemiri Dominion style armour? If so, would anyone be so kind as to let me swap you a DC hat for an AD hat?
