Luckily in the gaming world you have many new avenues to travel. Farewell friend, perhaps the next place you land will fill the void and provide lasting joy.

The entire point of the forums is to provide feedback. By feedback is that i've lost the motivation to play. A dev may read this and go "why did they lose motivation or get bored? What can we do to keep players in the game?".
Other people on the forums may give suggestions to me to encourage me to play, maybe there's something I haven't done in game that would be enjoyable to do for example. I could then pass this on to other people and maybe they will play the game more, which means zenimax gets more money.
Hope that answers your question.

Per the TOS "I quit threads are not permitted." It's not I who has his work cut out for him, perhaps an edit on the op is needed.

I have to say, well thought out response. Could you go even further and list details on why you feel you are losing interest so fast? It feels like a grind again? You had your gear, but now its a significant grind to find the mats/gear again? The 'grind' is un-entertaining (Reasons why? - Too difficult/repetitive/dont like being ganked?). Feels like ZOS made an area that everyone is now in, can't do your own thing on your own (Solo play gone?).
This would help them more, this would help the community more to help get you ideas. I like group play since I have found a guild that I like. They are active, they do PVP, IC, and other things. I used to be solo, so I still grind on my own. If I get board from grinding I will solo pvp (Sorry, I'm a ganker, its just exhilarating for me). I do feel TV stones are a distraction from the grind, but ultimately everything is going to boild down to grinding xp/ap again for me... which I'm not thrilled about. So if they have more things to incorporate that distracts from the xp/ap grind in a few months, I will be happy.

Actually i never said about quitting. I said i've just lost the will to play. My sub is still active though.
What exactly are you doing here though? Just to complain about other people? Why don't you give some suggestions for me?

Nothing seems to be keeping me on this game? I played the new IC update for a bit, and I got bored of it in about a day, and haven't logged on since. Anyone else in the same position?
Before the update I was playing quite a bit, I would complete my crafting dailies and open my mail etc....but I haven't logged on in since 2 days after the update. I have no motivation to play this game anymore.

It's not the new content that drives people away. Its all the changes they make that ruins the old content, makes all your effort and gear worthless - just to promote the new content.
That's what drives people away.

I agree with you. But this is the norm in mmos. It has the opposite affect on some, keeps them chasing the carrot.
