Whenever I see these posts I wonder to myself why? Why ffs...

I can understand changing your appearance or name but a gender/race/faction/class change? I mean seriously? Roll another toon, choose a different sex and a different class in a different faction.

No other MMO offers these, why should ZoS? I'm sorry but I've seen sooooo many of these in the past year they just seem plain stoopid to me.

Yes, agreed. I'd love to change my characters stupid moustache (huge mistake) but it's not worth creating a new toon for this, so I'd be a happy guy when the Tamriel Salon and Barbers is open for business :)

The more successful MMOs do. Both WoW and FF14 do. So does SWTOR. As stated in my post why should I restart a new toon? Dude I work 14-15 hrs per day and get, if I'm lucky, 1 hr per day to play except weekends. It'd take months for me to level a new toon from scratch whereas obviously I have plenty of money to throw at mistakes to have them fixed.

Why would ZOS NOT want to make more money?

To me, this is no different than the request for the ability to purchase a new character at a high level. ESPECIALLY considering faction/class/race change because those things actively impact gameplay decisions. Appearance and name don't affect gameplay, so change away.

Honestly, I think Faction/Class/Race change would be worse than just allowing players to outright buy a high level character because players who change their Faction/Class/Race at a high enough level (Vet) would also have their CPs that would go over to their new character. Essentially Faction/Class/Race change would pretty much result in a bunch of the same Race/Class combinations moving over to whatever Faction is winning.

Appearance and Name change... sure. Go nuts.
What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
    That's right... Horse.

I agree with those except Faction and Class. Those you should not be able to change. The rest I would gladly pay crowns to change.
Kobaal - VR16 Dragon Knight - PC [NA] Azura Star
Kobaal Shadowborn - VR16 NightBlade - PC [NA] Azura Star
Kobaal Stormborn- VR3 Sorcerer - PC [NA] Azura Star
Fat Old Templar - lvl 19 Templar - PC [NA] BwB

Race and name change wouldn't be an issue.

Alliance and Class will never happen, just to stop people playing flavour-of-the-month classes and completely unbalancing PvP numbers.

Yep I agree just roll another character. It doesn't take long to get up to the vet levels. As for hair and cosmetics I wouldn't mind the barber shop though. It's definitely not a necessity though and pretty far down the wish list

It may not take long for you but some of us don't have a lot of time to play. As it stands I have a lvl 23 Templar that will take months just for me to get level capped.

I am not really interested in getting into a vet level group with someone who just changed classes. Here we have a player that didn't raise their character properly and doesn't know how to use it.

The solution would be to have the player start at level 1 for the new class they chose and if they switch back to the previous class they will still have those levels. Simply, make each class have separate levels.
