Deconstructing for new materials

I thought I saw something in the patch notes while IC was on the PTS that they were doubling the drop rate of things like Rubedite ingots from deconstruction, but I only ever get 1 per item.

No, the "100%" you saw was not a 100% increase.. it was that they added a 100% chance to get 1 mat from every new item decon.. so you're working properly.
