Do you think we should gain cxp by collecting mats?

I just opened a chest and gained 3660 cxp. So I was wonder why couldn't we have some cxp by collecting mats? How much I couldn't say. Just how cool is that to see that happen.
And ppl who don't like grinding can have some other ways to get some cxp. Go around exploring is much more fun than stay at one cave spot to do that mechanical round up and aoe over and over every day.
So what do you think

THIS! The biggest failing of the justice system for me was that while you're doing it you're not progressing your character at all.

Umm, why do we only gain xp by killing and quests? Why not applying xp gaining to many other activities.
This could be a way for the game to walk out of grinding ground. Right now grinders get the most xp, most gold. So it forces everyone to be a grinder to be competitive on both power and economy. If the dev added more ways gain equally xp and gold, the game would be much more dynamic. And players could actually play the ways they want without being in a disadvantage situation.

I would like to see that happen

It would need to be a pretty small amount, but I like the idea. Many people like myself don't normally gain many CP, and its not because I don't play. It's because I'm doing no XP things. My quests take longer as I take time to harvest and fish, both of which do not gain me any xp.
