Hello the patch is download at a ridiculously slow speed of 16kbs, how can i make it download faster? it never used to download this slow.

Heathenpride✭✭✭Mine has been downloading since last night mate.
I have Telstra cable, 30mbps, and my updates never have any issues.
Started at 11pm (ish) last night and now it's 17:18 the following day and it still has 4 hours to go.

ozm8ey✭✭✭the weirdest thing is if i pause and resume it goes up to about 1.3mb/s for about 5 mins then it goes back down to around 20 kbs0
