repentance and radiant oppression bugged for templar

Repentance no longer heals or shows "beams" coming off corpses when used. (Confirmed had right morph post skill reset).

No animation for beam on radiant oppression.

I've been using repentance and it doesn't show the animation but it does give health and stamina back. A lot of the animations are not showing; don't know if this was planned to happen this way or is a bug.

Another stat missing is if your a vampire, you can put a skill point in supernatural, before the patch you could see it shown in character, not anymore it doesn't, not sure if the supernatural stat is passive or if it's bugged.

Looks like theres going to be 101 bugs out there, and another patch is need now to fix the **** they made.
