Enemy buffs in latest patch

Hello all,

My query is regarding the buff ZoS gave to enemies in the latest patch. I've heard tell that health has been buffed on all mobs, but is it actually noticeable? I only ask because I haven't had a chance to login after the patch went live on consoles. I want to know if I've still got a viable build. I've been running a magicka NB for awhile now, and I know we've had several buffs, but I fear all the changes will be overwhelming from what I've seen discussed on the forums.

    mobs have more health, hit harder, aside from more health they also seem to have more armor. they dodgeroll as well. (maybe they already did before and didn't notice, also possible.) good and healthy change to the game. no longer rushing into groups without strategy. it didn't become extremely hard, but the difference is noticable :)

    Cool. Good to know that the rest of my leveling experience won't be a boring slog now. I welcome a challenge and the use of strategy, but absolutely abhor when developers crank up the difficulty because they think it will make their game more engaging. As long as ESO doesn't start getting ridiculously punishing like Dark Souls, then I'll be happy.

    There's no drastic changes to normal levelling. The real noticeable change is in IC proper where the v16 mobs have dungeon stats so 60-110k and bosses 1m--2m health instead of 25k on the npcs around cyrodil.

    Thanks pc addons for allowing me t know this.

    I believe that they also gave the mobs resistances though so this will make them feel as though they are tougher.

    I'm liking it, before general mobs were trash, I've literially played 4 alts through the story and never died as it was too easy, after the patch I actually died a couple times as I couldnt just spam attacks. They use class skills much much more.

    Like talons/cloaks/spells and it's far more interesting to actually have to block/dodge and engage my brain.

    Don't get me wrong it's still easy, just actually requires a bit of thought now.
