Sneaking sets

I am back after a few months.

Last I was here the speed bonuses for the sneak sets of armor were glitchy or not working.

Before I make some upgrades can someone please let me know if this has been fixed?

    The idea is remove all sneaky playstyle of the game so is possible that not working anymore
