Can't log into a campaign

Everything in the game has been reset. Everything EXCEPT the cooldown time to change campaign servers. I can't even join the campaign which was my old home. Support care to fix this in a timely manner? lol

This is still not fixed? Day 2 and cant join a campaign. This really sucks.
