Skill points ALL GONE after update!

Just logged in after waiting over 3 hours for the latest update and all my ****ing skill points are gone from my skills. 47 points all need to be RE-APPLIED! Are you bleeping kidding me? I do hope this is an error?

nope - happened to everyone. And to all the alts. Good stuff as it saved me buying a re-set. Oh and check your mundas stone too.

Well. That would explain why my Templar, my Sorceress and my Nightblade are so terrible at the moment. They don't have any points applied! I will have to look in to this.

Try it with over 230 on each of 4 characters lol

I had almost 300 to redistribute... Didn't take long, I've done it many time before. I never say no to a free respec after balance changes. Actually, a free respec, period.

Some of us have been too ill with the flu to check warnings. I also personally don't spend much time on the forum except occasionally during maintenance.

I was perfectly happy with all my allocated points too ... it takes me ages usually to allocate just a handful of skill points. Sorry but not happy about this. I now have to waste hours deciding on where all my bleeping points went. Frustrating to say the least.

I'm cool with the free respec and yea it's been stickied for a while now. I've actually wanted to change my characters around for a while now but kept telling myself "just hang tight til the free respec!!! Just a little longer you can do eet"

500+ ? LOL. There aren't that many in the game. I think the maximum available skill points is around 340.

Actually, reskilling is a good exercise. It helped me understanding my class and options better, re-reading the tooltips and knowing better how they can be of use (or not) in every type of situation ingame.

I think the 500+ referred to the total across multiple characters, not 500+ on each character.

...especially since this has happened several times before whenever ZOS have made major changes. I personally remember having to do this at least twice before since PC launch.

I was really hoping to be finished with my research on my crafter so that I could use those skill points elsewhere. Oh well, I'll just have to pay for a skill point reset once I finally finish...

I would just be thankful you have the opportunity to reapply them now that you can see how many equipment sets you use, skills you use, CP passives you use, and mundus stones you use have been nerfed, making previous builds not worth playing.

So you really think of most us who play the game waste every waking minute on the forum? I also have an actual life to attend to. What is a LONG time to you anyway ? 24 hours? That seems to be the standard for most impatient children these days.

Would it have been so hard to check the forums for like a minute and click on the top stickied thread? Also, it was up for a couple days before the PC launch of Imperial City.
