Can't join a campaign

Yesterday I moved my Aldmeri character to Haderus from Chillrend so that I could move my Daggerfall character that hit V1 into that campaign. Yesterday it was fine had no issue after relocating my characters, but after downloading the DLC I can no longer access the campaigns on either character. It says that I have to wait a day or so before I can make the campaigns their homes again. Has anyone else experienced this or having suggestions on what I should do?

Same issue. Seems to be tied into moving to a different campaign prior to the patch hitting. Only thing i could do was sign in as a guest.

I couldn't sign in as a guest either. I wonder if I put in a ticket would they be able to resolve it or if I should wait the 2 days

Same but I didn't move campaigns I just got to vr14 on my alt and joined one yesterday. My guess is they took a snapshot prior to us all moving/choosing a campaign to use as part of the DLC upgrade, when it should have really been done during the downtime. Absolute schoolboy change work Zos, coming from an ITIL professional. How was this overlooked?
