Question regarding the imperial city...
Is the imperial city Instanced to the campaign you enter it from? Or does it span the entirety of all campaigns?
I noticed it says -to unlock gain majority control- well only one alliance can at a time.

✭✭✭✭✭Yes, it's instanced to the Campaign. But looking at the map from outside the Campaign is currently bugged, and will say majority control is needed when that's actually not the case.
