vet grinding

If im vet 8 thats finished gold and want to do some grinding..should i be in the lowest vet zone for the most efficiency. .or does five level rule work in vet ranks also (so my vet 3 zone os lowest i can go?)
Or is all vet content seens as level 50..so all zones give same xp?
Tl;dr..if im dominion and finished gold..what zone would ve most efficient/fastest/rewarding grind.

I was VR11 when I decided to go grindin. And I haven't finished gold yet. Was at the beginning of Alikr I think.

Just do the massive content you skipped and you should be fine xp wise

Its not that i dont want to do content..i just want to grind for a bit..gets some xp..mats and level up some unleveled skills.

Take it from someone who did it this way: I got a group of a few higher, not maxed, players to run DSA starting at vr7. I was healer, so i had no problems though, nor did a low level tank. Give it a shot!

Just stay in the last area in the gold zone.

That's how I got to VR 14. Stayed in The Rift and farmed. (and no, I did not farm the zombies/sabre cats, I did the much. much. harder way with all those ranged mages/archers )
