Mixing 3 potion reagents bugged (answered)

I've been trying to craft tri-pots but my character will only produce potions of a single effect, anybody else having this problem?

Edit: I was using nirnroot instead of Namia's rot! Thanks guys

there are only 3 recipes for tri pots. Do the herbs you are using have counter-effects?

Can't say I'm not at my console, all I know is I craft some of these 3 reagent pots frequently and now I'm getting different results
