I know I give the devs and support hell sometimes be it from me venting over the CP system or ranting over the lack of communication from the dev team.
I will give credit where credit is due! After a few emails and me being on hold with ZOS media "Yeah I called the MD office number, but I got nowhere with that surprise.. But I finally received my crowns today. all 3 months are now on my account!

I hope everyone that has had this same issue gets it resolved soon.. I did have to send them proof of purchase. Just take a screen shot of your Microsoft live charges if you are on the xbox and include that in your email..
