Imperial City
I'm sure this may be a dumb question, but I haven't been able to thoroughly research though the DLC. If I opt out of purchasing it for now, am I still able to get the new motifs such as the new daedric imperial and glass?????

Allyhoo811✭✭✭Yes. You would have to purchase/trade for the Xivkyn Motif, as the chapters can only be obtained in the Imperial City. The glass motif is obtained via crafting writs, so you would have access to that without having to purchase/trade from other players.1
