Guild Banks Bugged - No Items

I go to the Guild Bank and it although it is at capacity (almost 496 items?) when I log in it has zero items available to withdraw.

Relogging has not rectified the problem. Multiple Guild Members have the same issue and cannot see any items.
History shows no withdrawals since DLC upgrade.

This is a problem, as many of us were storing our gear for IC in the Guild Bank and now cannot access it.

talking about my Guild Bank, not my Guild Store.

I'm also currently experiencing the same problem as OP. I specifically logged in to ESO to verify an issue a fellow guildmate brought to my attention when he tried to access the guild bank. He told me that although it was apparent he maintained his guild rank and the correlating permissions he was unable to both withdraw and deposit items; though he was able to deposit gold. My initial attempt to access the guild bank was successful in terms of being able to both withdraw and deposit items. It wasn't until subsequent attempts were made, 15 minutes after the initial attempt, that I experienced this problem as described by OP.

EDIT: I'd like to mention that resetting the client did not fix the issue.

Resetting has not fixed the issue, and we can't deposit either.

Lol, it really does make you wonder how thoroughly they test these things before making them available. I'm sure if enough people complain the servers will be taken offline while they perform maintenance etc etc.

We are suffering with buggy guild banks too... Many members of the guild have mentioned it. I'd say it's temperamental at best, can't deposit or withdraw the majority of the time.
Also just to add, when it does load there are items missing. It seemed not to load any full stacks we had in there last night.

Guild Banks not allowing you to deposit or withdraw isn't the only issue I have found with them. Even when they do allow you to deposit and withdraw I can only see 200 of the 500 items that are stored.

I have the same problem. Multiple guild banks and one of then I'm th the leader. It's not a permission problem. I've had it happen as soon as I log in for the first time in a day and no guild members online. It not me, it's YOU.

PLEASE FIX THIS!

Such a pain when your trying to transfer items or pull out a stack of iron for your alt to level blacksmithing.

ok to add to your thread of all guild bank problems

1. if your bank past 200 items it wont display all the items
2. after you withdraw one guild you can't access another guild's items until relogging.
3. you can't deposit your backpack items untill you deposit 1 gold.
4. To solve most of these problems log in and out repeatedly.

My wife took 6 hours to clean out 3 full guild banks because of these issues.
(it use to take an hour not 6 hours before IC patch .)
