Problems after the update on Xbox One

Since the update, sound from NPCs sometimes not working. A restart of game sometimes fixes this. Also when going to messages or party apps on Xbox One then returning to game it will be locked up with a black screen forcing you to quit then restart. That has happened to me multiple times since the update but never happened before. Another thing since the update which may not be a bug is that when my character drinks a drink I no longer have on screen indicators that the drink is in effect boosting my health/stamina/magicka. VR3 character in Deshaan doing Cadwell's Silver.
