Question regarding vaults

So we all know what's in the 60-trophy vaults, since the markets are now thoroughly saturated with those sets since everyone and their mom is selling them. But regarding the 150-trophy dungeon vaults...what makes them so special? What can you get from them that you can't get from the 60-trophy vaults? I've heard monster set pieces, but is there anything else beyond that?
