I occasionally get what I think is a form of lag, but I am unsure.
At least once or twice a day, my action bar goes gray during combat, and my character lowers his weapons. For roughly two minutes, I am unable to do anything but run away. The enemies are still able to attack, cast spells, and pursue, and if I don't get away, I am most certainly dead. More often than not, this happens while fighting groups of three or more or open world bosses. I've never had it happen in a dungeon, solo or group, and was wondering what could cause this.
My connection runs at about 20-25mbps download speed and between 5-6mbps upload speed, which makes me question lag on my end.

Weapon swap.
Break-free.
Double tap Esc / Open close menu.

The ONLY thing I have been able to do is run and jump... and get attacked.
