PC Error: "ESO has stopped working" after selecting "Quit"

Windows seems to be detecting a program crash when selecting "Quit" from the login menu. Anyone else getting this?

yeah, even when you log out. Crash. Or at least as you said W10 detects a crash. I disabled all outdated add-ons, no fix.
