We will be bringing both console European megaservers offline at 3:05PM EDT / 8:05PM BST to address the recent login issues. We'll update this thread as we have more information, including a rough ETA.

Thanks again for your patience, everyone. We're still investigating the root cause and while we don't have a solid ETA yet, expect maintenance to last at least another hour, if not more.

Update: We've identified and fixed the issue, and are working on testing everything to bring both megaservers back online as soon as possible.
