Vampire Max Magika

Hi do you get a max magika boost from becoming a vampire Im a Dark Elf Sorc Vr1 and don't thing the vamp spells will improve my arsenal but have heard that you get a max magika increase but cant find out for sure?

No you get a 10 % magika regen boost after spending two skill points in passives and leveling up the skill line

One of the vamp passives is a stamina and magicka regeneration, while you have a vamp ability slotted.

As a Templar, I mainly became a vampire for mist form, which is our only escape. As a sorc, you won't need that. In IC, however, the sneak speed bonus passive is useful to all classes.

In my opinion, yes. The strengths outweigh the weaknesses (25% extra fire damage and nerfed health regen). The escape and sneak speed are pretty good strengths in PvP, and the weakness to fire can be mitigated with CPs in Elemental Defender.


I say try it. You can always cure yourself if you don't like it.

As a sorcerer? No. You will be very powerful as is and the 10% regen isn't worth taking on the weaknesses. As a Magika Nightblade I absolutely love vampirism though because it allows me to ignore sneak movement penalty
