Loading screens to the Outlaw Refuge take forever now, FPS drops by 15-25, terrible lag spikes out of nowhere, in the flash of a second I can end up at the login screen for no reason. All of this after 2.1.4.
I've testing my internet for the disconnecting issues and even had a technician come out to service my box to see if there were any underlying issues and fortunately there isn't.
I used to run the without any of these issue, ever. I even had a constant 45-60fps without any fps dips before 45fps and now they dip as low as 25-35fps.
I have the latest drivers for my card; gtx660 SC 2gb (non-ti) and don't know what else to do. This really is hurting my gaming experience.

xylus289_ESO✭✭✭Sorry forgot to mention, other loading screens that take a while to load are also teleporting to someone else in the same zone, in a dungeon, from one zone to the next and just even logging into the game.0
