Pretty sure everyone has gone through this one way or another, especially those from faraway lands and those who entered campaigns on a public holiday or weekends.
To be honest, I've no idea how to make a winning combat when I'm on the ... slower .. side. I'm those from the faraway lands, so getting ping in the one or two digits is plain impossible, therefore I have to learn to manage somehow.
So, anyone else has experience under the same condition? Care to share some tricks?
