Can't hear any voice chat.

I'm in the proper channels, but I can't hear guild chat or area chat. I change guilds. I leave and come back to area chat, but I still can't hear anything. I can see the voices on the bottom left of the screen though. I've check my volume settings, and I should be able to hear. Anyone have this problem?

If your chat was working before and now it is not your Xbox One needs to be reset, turn your Xbox One off and disconnect the power cable from the unit for 1-2 mins then reconnect it and then enter the game and you should be good to go.
