Will there be new Xbox Achievements accompanying the new IC DLC? Also why did we only get 1000 for such a large game?

The 1000 is a limit by Microsoft. Earlier games used to have more until Microsoft decided to cap it. Gamer score is now tied to their store, so you get % off on items based on the score. For example, those with 50k+ get 10% off their purchase.Will there be new Xbox Achievements accompanying the new IC DLC? Also why did we only get 1000 for such a large game?
