XBox Eu & it crashes out to the "please ensure active internet" screen at least 4-5 times a day.
Other times my character just stops taking commands (always during a fight) from my handset & dies whilst "frozen" in time still being attacked...the NPC's keep moving.
If I have on armour that knocks down enemies at low HP (Death's Wind) and they get knocked down, they never stand again, just lay on their backs still doing damage to me including casting & heavy attacks, but I can't see which is doing what or even easily tell which is still alive etc.
I'm Lan wired to permanent ADSL 2+ so it's probably not the internet connection.
Tech support told me it was a Microsoft issue, & they told me it was a Zos issue.
Been going on since XBox first hit in May.
I've begged Zos via email to transfer my character & bank to the NA server (as they replied once most Australian's play NA server for better game speeds through being a closer/faster internet connection) but they flatly refused to reply.
I've posted two issues here now can anyone at Zos assist me on either?
