If NB are OP.....

......What the hell are the sorcerers?? (now, all sorcerers say, balanced)

I finished the leveling of my NB until IC, so I started another character...I started with a templar, but is a little bit boring (puncturing sweeps, puncturing sweeps, heal, puncturing sweeps...xD) so, I leave it in vet 2...

Now, I started with a sorcerer....and I always thought that sorcerer is a little OP....and now, i am so close to confirm it ! ( I am not vet yet, i have some skills to test yet)

I was playing some PVP with sorc, and only in lvl 42 I defeated some Vet 7-8 in 1v1, and i am so far to be a pro....

Sorcerer skills + Light Armor skills + High elf skills = Never ending magicka

Velocious curse + Mages Wrath + Crystal Fragments = enemy close to die (Using destruction staff skills too, is dead)

I was hit by Cristal fragments a lot of times....taking 12-15k of damage...( the biggest damage taken by one single ability, by far) But I did not know heals you also!! (and other dark magic skills too)

Self healing skills, insane shields.....

And if you are in serious trouble, Bolt scape is your best friend.....

In really I don't say any of this to claim a nerf for the sorcerers or something like that, because i really like it, and it's okey, the sorcerers are strong, but you can also kill

I comment this because I only see threads or comments talking about nerf the others classes, but nobody talks about her own class and is so annoying to see how the people try to f**k the game to others because someone killed him with other class

"hey, let's nerf the cloak of NB because i can't kill him"

But when someone makes you eat some crystal fragments, taking you half lifebar, you not say nothing because is your same class......

In real, the classes are relatively balanced (templars need some love) and my first comments are a little exaggerated (only a little, sorcerers are a very powerfull class, and, I killed some guys with that level difference) but if you think that your class needs some improves, okey, comment about that, but stop f**k the game to others!

Just want to mention, you were battle leveled. Look at your stats and see what that gives you.

Of course there are players who are going straight to the "DK are still OP" excuse. Smart sorcs aren't effected by shield breaker, NBs just has to run around for 10 seconds for the detect potions to wear off, smart Templars know how to use there class, and lastely DKs are dead in PvP and only used as the infa tank hiding behind self heals and a shield and that doesn't even work any more cause they atleast die to 3 or 4 players while a sorc shield stacking 24/7 can still tank 7 or 8 guys at once and no one is running shield breaker because it is a one purpose set that stands deep in the shadows of hundings rage or seducer.

Templars need some love but not to much

DKs need a ton of love and buffs.

Also, the option to use shield breaker is still there, people can't complain about sorcs being OP if they are actively ignoring something that will be effective against them... The same goes for all characters, there's ways and means to kill them but what the vast majority want is to have ALL OF THE THINGS ZOMG!! They want to be able to only have skills/abilities slotted that allow them to kill EVERYTHING that moves and it's just not realistic. You shape your toon the way you want it, in order to be as affective as possible, so if it's not working then go and tweak it some more (or change your skill bar) but don't complain just because you can't kill everything that moves.

I get killed by some and I sometimes do the killing, that's how it should be.

Magicka Nightblades are very strong right now. Stamina Nightblades are still strong, but not as strong as they were pre-IC due to the dodge and speed nerfs.

Templars have undrperforming abilities? Because 25k radiant destruction,reflect ect and being nearly invincible with enough magicka is underperforming -_- some people dont half chat sh*t.

Sorcs arent that great tbh,pretty boring to play imo.

I've said it before and will say it again, nothing is too OP currently in this game, Sorcs are at the top end of the scale, but they are still beatable. Nightblades are easy to beat if you use the counters and anyone that has trouble fighting NBs in most cases is simply not good at the game. The reason being that NBs are one of the easiest classes to counter and beat, especially considering the recent damage reduction.

They got crazy buffs with IC. Nearly endless Magicka regen and perma-cloaking means perfect engage/disengage every time.
You might have fought some sub par NBs or something, idk.

I am a good magickablade, but got massive magicka problems since IC in fights and healing ward feels pretty useless.

Use a different heal than ward it got double nerfed it's nearly useless in pvp.

Sounds like your still trying to use a 1.6 build, your build will have to adapt first ^^ , every class will do bad until they upgrade there gear to v15 or such and get the good new gear sets.

Healing Ward double nerf should be fixed. But the shield itself is to weak atm in my opinion. I tried Destro and Healstuff build, think it's very powerful. You can stack magic dmg as hell without any worries about magicka. Spam funnel health for pressure the enemies and support your buddies, proc Molag Kena, grim focus and an ultimate for burst. But I don't like this playstyle, way to boring. This week I should complete my gear, maybe it will be better. But if I'm looking to my buddies in my guild, how strong they can be with the other classes I'm sad. Maybe Melee magickablade isn't viable against good players atm, if you compare it to a rangebuild. Only to troll noobs.

haha true that ! I have a NB, a sorcerer and a templar, all vet. The easiest and strongest caracter is the sorcerer, then NB (but it can tricky while cloak can be countered by aoe etc), and my templar is behind those 2, even if he have the better stuff, but hey, i enjoy it more.
