Tanking stats question

So i just reached vet 14 on my tank im rockin vet 14 bloodspawns, 14 footmans set and 14 histbark set. I got around 30k spell and weapon resistance unbuffed. I only have 20 attributes into health, but i have all health glyphs.
My concern is im only at 23000 health, but I run out of stamina often, even with drinks on.
Is this enough? Do I need to add more health?

If you know when to block I think about 25k health is enough for tank.

when you use shield to block as DK + footman set + with armor cap, your effective health is at least 8 times your health for melee attack and 11.4 times your health for ranged attack (in your case is little more because you have rugged passive from nord).
And as far i know there's no one do 200k damage in ESO...

as for stamina, you can partner with blazing spear templar.
or you can also invest in magicka regen and max stamina, and take advantage from helping hand and battle roar.
Igneous shield is good spell to activate helping hand in group, but petrify is the most efficient magicka to stamina ratio.

and dont forget potion to restore your stamina and magicka.

My other suggestion: I think you should go magma armor for ultimate, and try to optimizing your ultimate gain.
Don't forget your light attack and blood spawn set also help a lot.

Magma armor morph will give you 10 second + to drop your block so you can regen your stamina & heavy attack a lot, in this period you can change to any weapon to maximizing your stamina gain.
your secondary weapon better have good setup for stamina gain, for example a weapon with weighted trait and stamina gain enchantment.
