I've been leveling up a new nightblade and went for a sap tank while leveling. It's just a normal sap tank with swallow soul, siphoning attacks and sap essence. I didn't notice the bug until I was able to morph drain power into sap essence. Basically, as I'm playing my resources cap out at smaller and smaller amounts. I'm not sure if it's a visual bug or not because it's pretty much impossible for me to run out of resources with the build. Anyways, here's a video of me leveling while the glitch is active.
