BUG - What is wrong with your assetts?

I reported this in-game, I will report it here, too, because it is really, really frustrating.
Twice today assets in the game have just disappeared. They either failed to load or loaded then disappeared. It happens when I'm loading a character.
First instance: I'm in Glenumbra, at Daggerfall. The building I'm in just disappears for a second or two, then reappears. As result I'm teleported (or pushed) to another location (probably because of game physics). Not a huge problem in this instance, more of an annoyance. For a moment, I thought it was a rollback, but then I had just logged in with a character so it couldn't be a rollback.
Second instance: I'm again loading a character into the mountains surrounding Dhalmora. Suddenly, the mountain just disappears. Gone baby gone. When it reappears my character is pushed way out into the middle of nowhere, where she falls downward and suffers - get this - 5920 of falling damage, killing her instantly!
What gives? And before you blame my computer, I'm running 16 gig of ram, an Intel i5 @ 3.5 ghz, and Sapphire TRI-X Radeon R9 290 4GB graphics card and your game is stored on Samsung solid state hard drive. This is more computer than your game should need to run perfectly.
