You can always plug one into the console. Some great brands out there.

I would rather get a Scuf or cinch gaming controller with electro magnetic remapping to change around the buttons that seem to be another "thing". I think the new xbox elite controller can do that.. No?
The new Xbox elite controller can do that.

Not to stray too far off topic, but consoles these days should come with keyboards. So much communication going on and not everyone wants to "voice" their opinion, in fact sometimes it's easier to understand what someone is saying through text. Kinda went off in the other direction with this convo now lol.

I really wish they would add text chat to consoles, so I can see the tears of joy streaming down players faces.

Just plug in an 8$ usb keyboard and BAM it comes with one. Try it out

I actually play most of my games on PC, at least the ones that are more interactive. But when I played FFXIV Beta on PS3 I done as you said.

I think what I'm trying to emphasize on more is that Consoles should be expected to have a keyboard with them, just like you would have a controller. Consoles are getting more and more like PCs and they should really just make even more of a step towards that by providing a keyboard in the box. I'm starting to sound like a keyboard dictator, you must use this! This is the way! I'm putting it in your box, use it! lol...

Also the ergonomics of those "snap-on" keypads seems awkward and uncomfortable. But I guess that's just something to get used to over time if you do start using them. At least those should come in the box.

Hah, yeah him. You don't find that mutt annoying?

Not at all, I like his part in the story and was very happy to see him get a home at the end.
Of course, you need to actually do the quest...you might want to try that.

Yeah I agree then more people would understand that it works with a keyboard and use it more often. WHen i played on Xbox i think more ppl used a keyboard since their network is very good but on psn messaging can be a bit slow so maybe less use it for that reason.

I know on LIVE you can mute/avoid anyone by actually clicking on their gamer card and as such the likelihood of ever bumping into him again is remote, but not sure if that can be done on other platforms. It's better than using the in-game ignore feature that's for sure. Because LIVE's ignore feature actually does do what it says on the tin.
