Cyrodil Ravenger Gear and PS4

Bought the game for PS4 at console launch and have a question about Guild Stores.

Are there Guild Store in Cyrodil, I have VR6 ravenger legs and am looking for the chest and jewelry in the same VR range to take me up to VR 10 ish I charachters in the AD and DC faction but I am not finding these pieces in the guild stores. I know they are PVP only drops and somewhat rare.

Are there Guild stores in Cyrodil that stand a better chance of listing them?
Am I looking the wrong spot?
Are there any other resouces to find players who might have the gear in touch with players looking for sets?

Usually the guild stores in Rawl'kha or the capital cities are the most desirable/stocked. Doesn't guarantee they will have what you are looking for, but I would think that would be your best bet.

You might also try joining a large trade or PVP guild and asking in guild chat if anyone is selling/can obtain what you are looking for.

Ok, so I've been digging around in game and on the Internet.

I have VR6 ravenger pants I acquired through a guild store transaction.

I know VR6 versions exist but the vendor versions in Cyridill are VR1 and VR10 (maybe 12), is the only way to acquire VR 6 reward bags or random bags from the vendor?

Is your purchase the VR1 set does it open up the VR6 set?

There really is a lack of specific information about this and it's kinda frustrating.
